Cooperation Management for \"Ban Wat Roangrean Project\"

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; 1) to identify factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project and 2) to confirm cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project factors. The methodology is consisted of 2 steps: (1) analysis and synthesis factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project and (2) to confirm the appropriation factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project. The research instruments were In-depth interview form and opinionnaires. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The research finding were as follows; 1) The factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project consisted of 9 factors; (1) Sharing goal setting (2) Participation (3) Coordination of benefits (4) Teamwork (5) Management (6) Networking Cooperation (7) Encouraging organizational climate (8) Roles and responsibilities Cooperation Network setting and (9) Encouraging knowledge sharing, 2) The factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean Project were appropriate, possible, useful and accuracy with the research conceptual framework.
