The Evaluation of Project on Qualifications for Anti-Drug Policy (QAD) of Pracharatbamphen School

Abstract


The objectives of this research was 1) to evaluate the appropriateness and adequacy of the input 2) appropriateness of process 3) output and 4) impact of the project on Qualifications for Anti-Drug Policy (QAD) of Pracharatbamphen School 5 five population groups. 1) Population of this research consisted of school administrators 2) teachers responsible for activities and project 3) leader of students 4) parents and 5) network government agencies. Tools for data collecting consisted of interviewing forms, focus-group records, questionnaires, test, and data record form. Data were analysed by frequency, percentage and content analysis. The results of project evaluation found that 12 issues from 14 issues that passed the evaluation criteria consisted of 1) the consistency of activitiess objectives and project objectives 2) the preparation and planning of the project 3) the materials supporting 4) the budget adequacy 5) the accordance of project aperation with project plan 6) the supervision of project 7) the successfully resolving of all the problems occored 8) the understanding about the harm of drugs 9) the awareness about the dangers of drugs and self immunity from drugs of students 10) the awareness about the dangers of drugs of parents 11) the awareness about the dangers of drugs of community and 12) the satisfaction on project of students. 2 issues failed the evaluation criteria were 1) the satisfaction on project of parents community and government agencies and 2) the decrease of drug problems in school and community.
