Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze and synthesize the conceptual framework of research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students, 2) to develop the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students, and 3) to evaluate the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students. The research methodology is divided into 3 stages as to the objectives. The sample group was derived by means of purposive sampling, including five experts in the fields of instructional development, research, and design of knowledge management system. Each of the subjects has at least 5 years of experiences in their own fields. The research tool is the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students, and the evaluation form on the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students. The statistics used in this research are arithmetic mean and standard deviation. According to the research results, it is found that 1) the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students is divided into 4 main elements, i.e. input factor, learning process, evaluation, and feedback, and 2) the suitability of the research-based learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students is in very high level (mean = 4.58, S.D. = 0.32) Therefore, it is evident that the researchbased learning using digital wisdom repository model to improve research proposal skill of graduate students can practically be applied to enhance the research proposal skill of graduate students, leading to the more efficient learning.
