The Development of Business Management Model for Thai Security Brokerage in the Digital Age

Abstract


การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยในยุคดิจิทัล 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือแนวทางการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยในยุคดิจิทัล ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปริมาณ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย จำนวน 21 คน และการลงมติเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ในการอภิปรายกลุ่มย่อย ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถามโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย และนักลงทุน จำนวน 301 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลของการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยในยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก และ 8 องค์ประกอบย่อย องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 1 นโยบายการบริหารองค์กรหลักทรัพย์ไทย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ (1) กลยุทธ์การปฏิบัติงาน (2) การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และ (3) การพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารองค์กร องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 2 การจัดการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย ประกอบด้วย 1 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ การดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 3 เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ (1) ทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (2) การพัฒนาการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 4 จริยธรรมในการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย ประกอบด้วย 1 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ จรรยาบรรณในงานอาชีพ องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 5 กฎ ระเบียบในการดำเนินธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทย ประกอบด้วย 1 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ การกำกับดูแลธุรกิจตามกฎระเบียบ รูปแบบการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการนำไปใช้ในการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ในยุคดิจิทัล และคู่มือแนวทางการบริหารธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ไทยในยุคดิจิทัลได้รับการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุดในการนำไปใช้
