The Development of a Business Risk Management Model for the Automotive Parts Industry in the Digital Era
Abstract
การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัล 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) สร้างคู่มือการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามปลายปิด แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบและคู่มือการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน จากแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 287 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารระดับต้นขึ้นไปในธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่มีขนาดจำนวนพนักงานตั้งแต่ 200 คนขึ้นไป ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สมุทรปราการ ชลบุรี ระยอง และฉะเชิงเทรา และการสนทนากลุ่มประชาพิเคราะห์จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก และ 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย ดังนี้ (1) ด้านโครงสร้างการดำเนินงาน มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย (2) ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย (3) ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย (4) ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย (5) ด้านการบริหารความต่อเนื่อง มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ (6) ด้านระบบสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัลได้รับการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประชุมกลุ่มประชาพิเคราะห์ว่าองค์ประกอบและรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมกับการบริหารธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) คู่มือการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจของอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในยุคดิจิทัลได้รับการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่ามีเนื้อหาถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามองค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องมีความชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย และง่ายต่อการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้
