The Development of Learning Management System for Faculty of Education, Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University

The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop a learning management system for faculty of Education, Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, 2) to find efficiency of learning management system, and 3) to evaluate satisfaction of students, instructors and system administrators toward learning management system. The developed learning management system was approved by 5 educational experts using Black Box Testing Techniques. The sample groups were 33 undergraduate students, majored in Computer Education, Faculty of Education chosen by sample random sampling, 20 instructors in faculty of Education chosen by quota sampling, and 3 system administrators who involved with the system chosen by purposive sampling. Arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that 1) the efficiency of the learning management system by expert assessments was at the high level with means 4.43 and the standard deviation was 0.57. 2) Satisfaction of Learning Management System by sample groups was at the highest level with means 4.51 and the standard deviation was 0.53. Therefore, the developed learning management system can be used to manage learning on the computer network of the Faculty of Education, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University.
