The Development Of Managerial Model In Vehicle Tracking Equipment Business

Abstract


This research uses the research and development regulations in order to develop and evaluate on both managerial model and manual in vehicle tracking equipment business. The researchers set the research target group: Qualified professionals to verify the quality of the tools used in each stage of research. An entrepreneur in vehicle tracking equipment business from the North, Central, South, East and Northeast regions to collect the current situation and needs of the managerial model in the vehicle tracking equipment business. Leaders and executives from enterprise and education specialists to evaluate the appropriateness of the developed models. Business owner, task chief and Executive from enterprise to tryout and implement. Finally follow up with supervisor of the trainer and trainee. The results of the research are summarized as 1) The managerial model in the vehicle tracking equipment business is an integration between the principles of 7Ps management and the integrated management system show as 7P+IMS Model. The Suitable level shown as good in both Forms and Sub-elements of the managerial model in the vehicle tracking equipment business according to the assessment of experts. 2) The management manual in the vehicle tracking equipment business consists of; Teaching techniques and 4 Jobs of Installation procedure for vehicle tracking equipment on the car console for pickup trucks. Each task has the following elements: Job Layout, Step of Operation, Flow Chart, Operation Manual, Job Sheet and Evaluation Sheet in order to teach to the target group then evaluate and follow up after training. The results were effective according to defined criteria.
