Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop the model of teacher training model for classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principles, and 2) to develop and find efficiency of teacher training model for classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principles. The target group for evaluating the developed training program consisted of 8 specialists and the target group for joining the training program included 30 teachers in Mahasarakham of Vocational Education. The results can be concluded as follows: 1) The results revealed that the synthesized model consisted of four modules i.e., (1) principles, concepts and theory of teacher training model for classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principle, (2) components of instructional package, (3) components of classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principle, and (4) CIPP Model evaluation. Results for the appropriateness evaluation revealed that the experts accepted the synthesized model at a high level. 2) The efficiency of teacher training model for classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principle through CIPP Model showed that the context evaluation of this training model was at high level. The results of the input evaluation revealed congruence in every aspect with the theoretical part at 81.06/80.20 higher than the set criteria at 80/80 while the results of the developed training course was very appropriate. The results of the process evaluation derived from the implementation of the developed training program showed high achievement on the theoretical part at 81.46/80.40, higher than the set criteria. The product evaluation evaluated by the superiors of teacher training came out at high level. The achievement of teacher training with the practical part was 77.50% higher than the set criteria of 75%. According to the results above, it can be concluded that this teacher training model for classroom participatory action research on the Su Ji Pu Li principles reaches the set criteria showing that the developed training course can be implemented in the real situation.
