The Study of Personnel’s Satisfaction from Implementing TIS 18001 Standard System for Risk Assessment at National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC)

Abstract


The objectives of the research were 1) To study about the opinion and personnel’s satisfaction of Implementing TIS 18001 Standard System for Risk Assessment at National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and 2) To compare the personnel’s satisfaction between research operation unit and research supporting unit. The sampling group consisted of 497 personnel of National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and 358 respondents. Questionnaires were used to be research instrument and the data analysis was done through various statistic method including frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test. The results found that satisfaction level of Implementing TIS 18001 Standard System for Risk Assessment at National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) of both research operation and research supporting unit were at a high level. There was a difference of satisfaction between the personnel working in a research operation and research supporting unit of implementing TIS 18001 Standard System for Risk Assessment at National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) at a significant level of .05.
