Effects of Knowledge Management in Undergraduate Instruction upon Creative Knowledge in Administration

Abstract


The purposes of this research were to study Effects of Knowledge Management in Undergraduate Instruction upon Creative Knowledge in Administration. The samples were 109 fourth year undergraduate students by purposive selection, 825 undergraduate students who had been knowledge by purposive selection divided 275 first year undergraduate students, 275 second year undergraduate students and 275 third year undergraduate students and 80 people. The Research instruments were Knowledge Management to Society Model: KNOW SO Model, opinions questionnaire of knowledge management by knowledge management group, and opinions questionnaire of knowledge management by groups who had been knowledge. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings were as followed : 1) The opinions of knowledge management in Undergraduate Instruction upon Creative Knowledge in Administration of knowledge management group were considered to be of high level. 2) The opinions of knowledge management in Undergraduate Instruction upon Creative Knowledge in Administration of groups who had been knowledge (undergraduate students) were considered to be of high level. 3) The opinions of knowledge management in Undergraduate Instruction upon Creative Knowledge in Administration of people were considered to be of very high level.
